Forgiving is Healing

Let go of stories that no longer serve you

The ones that keep you hurting, feeling shame about yourself, in relationships and jobs that don’t value you, repeating unhealthy behaviors and patterns.

You don’t have to do it alone anymore

The healing journey can be really isolating at times. I know you’ve read the self-help books. You’ve taken the self-study programs and courses. You’ve tried to do it on your own.

Maybe you’ve even confided in friends or a trusted person. But they just don’t seem to get it. Not really. They say some nice (i.e. cliché) things and then expect you to move on.

But it’s not that easy.

It’s ok.

Those people aren’t meant to be with you on this particular part of your journey.

I’ll walk with you.

I’m here to guide you on the path to forgiveness.

Release the stories and judgements about other people that keep you feeling angry and resentful, or sad and lonely.

You don’t have to keep giving your energy to these things.

Forgiveness is freedom.

Imagine what you could use that energy for! Who do you get to become? What will you create? Who gets to be part of your life?

It’s time to see what else is possible for you when you’re not constantly thinking about THAT thing.

Empowered Forgiveness

We spend five months working through the Path of Forgiveness workbook, created by my mentor Eileen Barker. This is a great resource and what I’ve based my work on. Butterfly flowers Wild Roots Coaching Forgiveness Coaching

Creating community around forgiveness is part of my mission. I truly believe in the healing power of doing this work with other supportive people. People that maybe haven’t experienced exactly what you have, but have enough empathy and compassion to say “I see you, I accept you, I still love you”.

Every month there will be opportunities to meet online for sharing stories and community support, an in person meeting for community support, and a low-cost call for coaching from me. I have a suggested monthly topic but you're always welcome to come with whatever is on your heart.
